Enchong Dee is gracing the cover for the second time around and Men’s Health editors believe that his commitment to maintaining a healthy lifestyle and his achievements is something readers can aspire for. “He’s one of the biggest stars of ABS-CBN and a fine actor. Despite his busy schedule, it doesn’t stop him from committing to a workout routine and continue to push himself further,” Men’s Health Deputy Editor, Peejo Pilar says.

In the cover story, Enchong shares how his mindset as an athlete helped him become just as successful in the field of showbiz. “I will not be who I am today without swimming,” says Dee. The former national swimmer is now setting his fitness goals a notch higher by easing himself into doing triathlons. In fact, running has become a regular part of his workout routine. “These days I like to run at high noon because I like to sweat,” Dee says.

Also in this month’s issue is the MH Hot List—a selection of things to do, the coolest gadgets, essential guy skills, and summer related tips from eight gorgeous MH Girls of Summer. The Men’s Health Guide To Footwear will make shoe shopping easier for guys and gives you rules on what type to wear for any occasion.  While this month’s workout poster, The Ultimate Boot Camp Workout, will help you blast away fat and reveal that abs as you hit the beach.

Meanwhile, Enchong Dee had a Men’s Health Philippines Press Conference held at Gloritta 5 last Saturday, March 25, 2012 at 630pm-830pm. It was a night full of entertainment as he wittily answered the entire question from the press, bloggers and even from fans.

And of course, yours truly, The Daily Posh also asked him. My question was “What is the exercise you do every day, first thing in the morning?” He answered that he does not exercise in the morning, because he does exercise before he sleeps and he did a demo. You may see photos below:
And before my post is about to end, I’ll leave a trivia about Enchong Dee.
Did you know that… Enchong Dee is afraid of getting hair loss when he gets old.

To sum it up, It was fun and exciting night with Enchong Dee. So, grab your copies of Men’s Health Philippines available in newsstands, bookstores, and supermarkets nationwide at P140.
