Because Boracay is one of the best islands in the world, I see to it that I go there at least once a year to see its beauty. I can still remember how Boracay was not commercialize yet way back in the 90’s where there’s no stations and only nipa huts were available for accommodation.
Fast forward to today, Boracay still has the crystal clear water and powdery white sand that I love. The sunsets were still beautiful and romantic and serene! Gee... things that I always look forward for despite how commercialized, numerous hotels and buildings are standing tall, that even malls are also present and quite a busy island Boracay is.
And gladly, just along the busy street of the Main Road, Station 2 there lies a hidden gem that provide every guest a homey accommodation and close to nature ambiance that I always long for. There, there is Agos Boracay Rooms + Beds that still has the nostalgic vibes of Boracay.

On our first night we stayed at a family room, a loft-type room at the 4th floor that houses a mini-kitchen area, toilet, a queen-bed and 2 single beds that has an extension fit for another person. Basically, a group of 6 persons can comfortably fits in and experience a great night. Don’t worry, air conditioners were pretty new and cold so be prepared to be under the warm sheet and soft bed despite the number of occupants. Though, our itinerary was quite jam-packed as we headed to Carabao Island for the first time, we still managed to lounge in the roof top and enjoy our mini-catch up chitchat and have an endless exchange of laughter. Well, Agos Boracay Rooms + Beds has this laid back characteristic that we couldn’t resist.

On our second night, we stayed at the deluxe room good for person. Like the family room, the deluxe room also has a mini-kitchen area where you can prepare your hot cup of tea or coffee, 2 queen-sized beds, a toilet with cool interior and open area to hang your wet clothes. Personally, this room is my favorite.

Aside from its homey ambiance, the staffs are so friendly and approachable. They were very consistent with how they deliver great customer service all throughout our stay. They were always ready to assist us even on the smallest details such as getting a tricycle, suggesting what restaurant offers a budget-friendly and at the same time offers a delicious meal.
Well, I cannot wait to bring my family in Boracay anytime soon and have them experience “home” and true meaning of “value for money” by staying at Agos Boracay Rooms + Beds.
