Ever since I’ve tried Burrito and Quesadillas, my love for Tex-Mex dishes grows! That’s why, I fancy looking and I like checking out new restaurants that offer best tasting Tex-Mex food – the aroma, the spices, the combinations of flavors in a dish – gee… they are to die for and worth longing for! And Fiery Style, Southwestern Flaming Grill is one of the restaurants in the metropolis that offers palatable Tex-Mex cuisines within a budget. By the way, Tex-Mex cuisine (from Texan and Mexican), also known as Mexican American cuisine, is a fusion of Mexican and American cuisines, deriving from the culinary creations of the Tejano people living in Texas. It has spread from border states such as Texas and others in the Southwestern United States to the rest of the country as well as Canada.

And with that having said, Fiery Style opens its 8th branch at Uptown Bonifacio Mall last week to serve more delicious and tasteful with oozing Tex-Mex aroma to its patronage. They are still serving the best nachos in town! And my favorite Cheesy Quesadillas were still cheesy-licious.

Fiery Style, Southwestern Flaming Grill has this Mexican vibe all over places and the Uptown Bonifacio Mall in Taguig City branch is spacious enough to gather your friends and have an awesome day or night after a long day at work or by just having a chillax (chill and relax) time over a great food and company. Meanwhile, here’s my recommended dishes to try aside from my usual favorites, it’s worth every penny and for your taste bud to indulge with sumptuous Tex-Mex food fares.

A must try spicy Mexican twist version of salmon salad with Nori toppings. Well, I love how fresh the vegies were that it was crunchy and perfect to boost my appetite. It is also a healthy treat without comprising the flavors.

Terrific Tacos, Php 248.00
Terrific Tacos with Pulled Pork filling, corn-filled with shredded lettuce, refried beans, Mexican cheese, salsa, sour cream. Other options for fillings are Sauteed Vegetables (Php 198), Marinated Shrimp (Php 298), Grilled Jalapeno-lime Chicken (Php 228), Rump Steak (Php 328), and Barbecued Beef Brisket (Php 358).

A platter combination of 5oz rump steak, chicken breast fillet and shrimps. A must-try to those who wants to have and taste it all. Well, the steak was tender and soft and the shrimps, they cooked it perfectly as it was quite juicy.

Choices of corn Chips or potato chips, topped with nacho cheese sauce, guacamole, tomato salsa, jalapenos and sour cream and choices of jalapeno-lime chicken, Mexican chili beef, BBQ pulled pork or Barbecued Beef Brisket. It’s a “La Sorpresa” kind of nachos. Yes, you must try the best nachos in town! You’re welcome!

To top it off, everything I had and tried at Fiery Style tasted great and such a go-to restaurant whenever I crave for Tex-Mex cuisines. There’s more to try so definitely, I’ll be coming back for more and enjoy other offerings.
