Muhlach Ensaymada

An Ensaymada for a gloomy rainy afternoon. I want my ensaymada paired with a cup of Nescafe Gold coffee, it is best for the cold afternoon that we have right now. The ensaymada is soft, moist, and delicious. Aside from that, I love how fluffy and cheesy the ensaymada is, full of grated cheese on top.

Muhlach offers a variety of filled ensaymada: ube, salted egg, yema, red bean, macapuno, ham, peanut butter and choco! They cost Php 18.00/piece for the smaller one and Php 30.00/piece for the bigger one.

Till next time,
Aylin
