Canon Takes Over Océ Operations in Philippines

March 23, 2012. Shangri-la Makati. Philippines. Announces two Business Divisions in the Digital Production & Wide Format printing space that aims market leadership with largest product portfolio of 70 products.

Canon Marketing Philippines, the country’s foremost technology provider in the printing domain, and Océ, an international leader in digital document management and delivery, today announced that they will join forces in the Philippines. Canon and Océ aim to become the No. 1 presence in the Production & Display Graphics industry. Canon will sell, distribute and service Océ products in the areas of production printing, wide format printing, signage printing and business services. Following this announcement, Canon Marketing Philippines will position itself as the undisputed leader in the Production and Display Graphics printing domain.

Going forward, Canon Marketing Philippines will be handling the Océ business portfolio and will be the single interface across a range of products targeting multiple segments including transaction printing, bill printing, signage printing, photo printing, CAD and GIS printing.  The alliance will offer customers the largest portfolio in the professional printing space.
