Cinnamon Tea

Since I am into diet and living the life of wellness, I have been addicted to hot tea. I love the soothing effect of it plus it really helps me a lot in terms of constipation since it is my No. 1 problem. I would say that, once you are into it, it is inevitable. With that said, P and I are always on the haunt of different varieties of tea. His cousin once sent me some tea leaves which he got from Batangas City on which I used to drink every morning (my shift is from 5am-2pm) during office days. I have a teapot (actually, my office-mate's teapot) at the office for doing some relaxing and comforting hot tea that serves as my water while at work.

Meanwhile, last night P (with his family) and I had dinner at Bannaple, Connecticut St, Greenhills, San Juan City branch and we’ve got to try the Cinnamon Tea. This is something that I would love to have over and over again. I’d love the overwhelming smell of cinnamon and really does wonder on my appetite. It was satisfying and soothing. Probably, this is my new favorite variants of hot tea to date.

In line with this, since it is my new love, I also search what are the healthy benefits of it and listed below some of those ‘coz I might convince you to switch your cola on to this satisfying and enjoyable cinnamon tea.
