I can say that whenever we craved for something comfort food, Buffalo’s Wings ‘n Things is one of the choices among restaurants that offers scrumptious meals that one could ever ask for. And luckily, they have branch in Makati City where corporate professionals like me can indulge ourselves anytime.

Meanwhile, one of the newest branch that I have tried, together with my blogger friends and the cool and fun to be with - Openrice Team, was their newly opened branch located in Ayala Fairview Terraces. It was an afternoon of eating their finest buffalo wings over a great and fun conversation with friends. The ambiance is great and beyond home-y so I bet eating at this branch feels like home. The interior is cozy and unique. I love how they incorporate fork, spoon, and knife in the floor. At first, I was about to pick it up as I thought someone fell this stuff accidentally.

For the food, we had Chili ‘n Cheese nachos and Chick'n Quesadillasas starters. Afterwards we had the Garlic Parmesan, Classic New York style, Honey Barbeque and the Buffalo Burgers. We also ordered to dirty rice, which is of course not dirty at all, to pair with the wings. Ha-ha. Absolutely, a Filipino style that can’t eat without rice. Anyways, we also tried the Ultimate Wingsanity that has the highest level of being spicy. It has been featured many times and since we’re already there we also took the chance to try it out. Whew! That was insanely hot! I was like eating a raw chili. That was intense. But before eating it, you will ask to sign a waiver and once done eating a certificate will be handed to you. So, better head on the nearest Buffalo’s Wings ‘n Things branch and take the challenge.

New York Cheesecake Ice Cream

New York Cheesecake Ice Cream will do wonder to bring back your sanity after having that Ultimate Wingsanity. So better, order it first and advise the staff to serve it after a minute of eating the spiciest chicken wings.

To sum it up, it was an afternoon of fun and wonderful dining experience. And yes, I am absolutely recommending them to all foodies out there to come and visit their store and indulge yourself to their sumptuous chicken wings. More flavors to choose from and the level of hotness (spicy) will be according to your preferences. My favorite? Hmmm… I love the Garlic Parmesan and Rookie. And the New York Cheesecake Ice Cream is a must try.
