Teriyaki Boy -- the return!

Me and Ate Pi, decided to go to Ayala Triangle to see the sparkling Christmas decor in Ayala triangle which i will be posted soon. We took photos and when its time for its 30-minutes break, we have also decided to eat. Unfortunately the restaurants in Ayala triangle were full of tourists. That's we have headed to Teriyaki Boy located in Paseo de Roxas, Makati.

The Teriyaki Boy Story: A Bundle of Youthful Energy

Filipino foodies with a craving for Japanese cuisine used to be limited either to expensive traditional Japanese served in high-end restaurants or greasy pseudo Japanese fare that is low in quality. This is why when Teriyaki Boy entered the picture it served like a breath of fresh air in the local restaurant industry and put Japanese casual dining into a whole new level. Young, hip and modern, Teriyaki Boy made it possible for people from all walks of life to get their fill of Japanese cuisine as it was meant to be enjoyed – delicious, no frills, and always top quality. Serving as the middle man between high-end Japanese restaurants and mass-produced fastfood fare, Teriyaki Boy quickly gained popularity among families, office workers and even students who want to enjoy top-quality Japanese food at affordable price points. That’s why it didn’t take long for Teriyaki Boy to become the market leader in the Japanese casual dining category today. Aside from serving the best Teriyaki Chicken in town, success and leadership, commissary establishment and management, product development, and employee training all contributed to the success of this growing franchise.
As Teriyaki Boy now belongs to the Pancake House Group, which also handles Pancake House, Dencio’s, Singkit, Sizzlin Pepper Steak, and Le Coeur de France, the brand underwent a thorough rebranding campaign complete with a new set of brand mascots to accompany Teriyaki Boy, fresh menu offerings, and an updated look for all of its more than 30 branches nationwide. With its rebranding efforts in full swing, diners can expect a lot of exciting new things to happen at Teriyaki Boy.   (source: http://www.teriyakiboy.com.ph/tb/)
