Pan de Manila: Ensaymada Espesyal

To my friends and readers I apologize for not posting here in Bubblyfluffy for almost 2 weeks. I have been in hiatus due to the busy workload in the office and also busy with my other blog TheIndrakshi, I apologize for that. But now! I am back for more food escapades.

Pan de Manila, is now baking in RCBC Plaza, as they opened their bakery last few months and take note they are open 24 hours. For those hot pandesal lovers you can now buy hot pandesal at your own time, no need to wake up early morning just to have a hot pandesal which my family do for years. Aside from the hot pandesal, they also baked other bread such as cheese bread and roll, Spanish bread, Pan de Coco, Dulce de Leche, Ensaymada, and many more, so better visit them.

Ensaymada Espesyal topped with Quezo de Bola Strips

I am a cheese lover and this one is a must for me. I like how fluffy, soft and cheesy this Ensaymada Espesyal, especially when you pre-heat this and see how the Quezo de Bola Strips melts – so cheesy and yummy. For only Php 40.00, a big Ensaymada Espesyal can fill your hungry tummy.

Happy Rainy Day!

Till Next Time,
Aylin
