Jollibee Food Corporation’s Happy Plus Card

Another innovation has come for Jollibee in partnership with BPI, a cashless payment to Jollibee Food Corporation, Group of Companies –Happy Plus Card. It was my first time to get an invite from Jollibee Food Corporation to witness another milestone for their witness. So, it’s a big YES even though I have work that time, hmm... spent my lunch break on this event.

Moving forward, I’ve been seeing this “Happy Plus Tap Here” machine whenever I ate at Jollibee for months now. But then, last July 9, 2012 (for press release read it here) the two proudly pinoy companies introduced the cashless payment with rewards card in the country.
Paying your order by using Happy Plus Card
Jollibee Food Corporation Chairman and CEO Tony Tan Caktiong and BPI President Aurelio Montinola led the ceremonies of introducing the Happy Plus Card to the public which happened at Jollibee Mind Museum, Bonifacio Global City.
A ceremony filled with a fun environment because Jollibee the mascot was also present to be with us and did some photo ops with the distinguished guest from BPI, Jollibee Food Corporation, bloggers and press people while enjoying sumptuous meals from Jollibee such as Yum Burger, Spaghetti, Peach Mango Pie and more.
Afterwards, a challenging amazing race was held to experience the cashless payment by using the Happy Plus Card and to enjoy its rewards. I don’t have any photos though because I am one of the game participant and of course having Az, Ted and FPJ in the group made us WON… tan.. tara.. na-nan… a Happy Plus Card with P500 worth of load. Yay! We ended up the amazing race game with a Happy Plus Card tagline “Bilis ng Bayad, Sarap ng Rewards!”
HAPPY PLUS Card is JFC’s customer loyalty program that rewards members with points everytime you eat in Jollibee, Greenwich, Chowking, Red Ribbon and soon to be Mang Inasal establishments in Metro Manila. So, it is a cashless payment because all you have to do is to tap your card to the machine and voila you have paid your meals plus you also have rewards wherein accumulated rewards can be used as a payment or for redeeming free food items.
