An out of the country trip in a pandemic is kind of a challenge - it needs a lot of patience and strong immunity and patience as well to complete all the requirements needed for an individual to enter a specific destination. I've never been to Thailand yet and so my friend, Hamez, hence, this trip was one of the highlights of our year 2022! Thank you for easing down the travel and health protocols, Thailand! We decided to stay in Bangkok for five days and then, Phuket for the next thirteen days!
Looking and choosing an accommodation was not an easy peat, because of some factors that we considers such as transportations, touristy spots that we could visit nearby and an accommodation that would give us a total comfort without taking a huge percentage of our travel budget (so we can allot more for foods and experiences!). And so, we're very so happy with our hotel of choice for this trip -- Baiyoke Sky Hotel!
The Baiyoke Sky Hotel is a towering landmark in the heart of Bangkok, Thailand. Standing at over 300 meters tall, it is the tallest hotel in the country and offers stunning views of the city from its observation decks. To experience the night life in Khaosan Road was also something that must be experience which was one tuktuk ride away from the hotel, here's a vlog during our visit.
