Blugré Coffee: A Taste of Davao in Manila

If there’s one place that I would love to visit and explore over and over again, that would possibly be Davao. I love how clean, safe and secure Davao is. Well, everything is in place and it is simply amazing! Of course, the food – serve at its finest and yet, affordable. Well, don’t forget about the Durian – Davao’s king of fruits! Your Davao experience wouldn’t be complete without trying this fruit.

But here’s a deal – you can now have a taste of Davao in Manila. How? By sipping on your iced-cold or hot coffee and indulging on dishes cultured in Davao. I like how it smells and I can perfectly have tasted the Durian in my coffee. It kept me awake and the same time, productive throughout the day. I have visited Blugré Coffee - Manila East branch and I love the look and feel of the café. It’s laid back, serene and yet classy. Hmmm… perfect venue to hold meetings, finish backlogs, and do nothing but indulge on sumptuous dishes.

Blugré is responsible for creating a coffee culture in Davao which leads the pack mainly because of the unique experience that Dabawenyos enjoy up to now. Aside from Durian Caffeecino, espresso, latte, mocha, cappuccino and iced-blended coffee with a variety of concoctions. By the way, non-coffee is also available. Blugré have this “Dutertea” their version of matcha drink which is way better. They also known for their line of desserts and pastries like Choco Torte with Cream Sauce (must try!!!), Blueberry Cheesecake, Banana Cream Pie, Banana Streusels and many more. Of course, heavy meal such as rice meals and pasta are also available.
