Twinings of London: Lemon & Ginger

I love tea. Tea is always my go-to-drink whenever I need something to drink on whatever feeling that I have. There’s always a perfect tea for me for that perfect moment. Well, at the office, I always store several teas on my pedestal and of different flavors – Twinings of London in Chamomile & Lipton Green Tea Clean & Clear. I take Lipton Green Tea for my upset stomach or if I ate too much and just wanted to cool down. To feel relax and sooth my senses Twining of London Herb & Infusion Teas are the best companion. My current favorite is the Lemon & Ginger. Well, they are all natural and caffeine-free herbal tea with an invigorating blend of lemon and ginger perfect for relaxing and refreshing as ginger is known for its warming effect.

Of course, I love tasting different variants of tea and expect more of it here in thefoodtrippers. By the way, having a cup of tea after meal time is always the best. It has a lot of health benefits and loaded with antioxidants and nutrients that have powerful effects on the body. Health benefits also includes improved brain function, losing weight, among others. So, have your tea every single day!
